Pretty sure it's the reward for defeating van Darnus on hard.
I'm guessing hard Mode raven fight.
eh id rather use explorers earrings atk +5 lol
When you beat Nael on hard mode and talk to the NPC who transports you into the fight they appear in your inventory.
