Log-in issue, cannot login

I seem to be stuck at log-in.. FFXIV crashed and now everytime I try to log back in I get this same error over and over:

I think this problem might have something to do with where my character was and what he was doing when the game crashed.. not sure thou.

Anyways I can't login and I'm stuck until I can get some help.
