[Suggestion] Simplified Combat Actions

So I was thinking about this recently and while I enjoy the game's combat personally on top of playing a lot of Bard since it's one of the busiest, I've wondered if there should be an 'easy' mode option available for people who aren't as engaged or newer.

Basically what this would do when turned on is simplify all actions in PVE to match how they work in PVP and minimalizing the amount of actions available or usable. Now obviously the worry would be people trying to use this in EX or Savage raids, but the tradeoff is that these actions would have lower potency than their standard counterparts. Anyone playing like this would have a tough or even impossible time clearing extremely difficult content but in normal dungeons and raids they wouldn't have a harder time keeping up with jobs they're unfamiliar with. Especially if they don't plan on playing those jobs past leveling up.

Another thought with this idea is that certain jobs could then be reworked with more complexity and avoid feeling too simple.
