Stuck in Trial Version

Hello,

I just recently bought a new computer and wanted to install FF14 on to it, but the only version that has been downloaded is the Trial Version of the game. None of the characters are visible and it acts like I am completely fresh to the game. I have all expansions, and have found no way to upgrade this version to the full game. The companion app still shows my characters exist, so I am not worried about a total wipe of data, and my sub is up to date. Can someone please tell me directions on how to fully download the game, and/or routes I can take to correct this? I have tried googling and have found no clear result other than directing me to the same page that I got the free version.

Edit: There were a lot of errors the first download, so I restored the game from the launcher. 3 hours later, I am still in the same situation.

Edit #2: I am not on Steam, I bought the expansions from Mogstation (not through Steam), and it is the same operating system from old computer to new computer.
