Limit Break disappearing during Kam'lanaut fight due to knockback

Area and coordinates: San d'Oria (The Second Walk)
Steps:
1. Have at least one party member get knocked back far away from the group (possibly the tank knockback areas or off the arena)
2. LB3 turns to LB2, then back to LB3 while draining the entire gauge
3. The bug takes effect and possibly causes a wipe due to no healer LB.

we had it happen on multiple fights. happened on the omega/ultima fight and the Kam"Lanaut fight
