Steps:
1. our party died but other alliance still alive
2. once our party died we went down to LB2.
3. once we get one rez went down to zero lb
4. should still have lb3 with other alliance members up and only our party wiped and no one reset.

I experienced this too on my first run. It was the boss where you identify which color crystals will go off. Exactly as the poster says:

1. Your alliance wipes (or nearly wipes). Others are still alive.
2. The LB goes down to LB2 as if someone disconnected, but nobody is disconnected (nobody had the ??? over their name).
3. At some point, the LB then reset.

This effectively meant we could not use healer LB3. We still defeated the boss, but it was a whole lot more work for the healers.

The other bug report I've linked provides additional context that it may be due to the knockbacks.

i also posted it in game bug. after talks they tried to tell me it was working as intended.... so after 10 years they change it? LB has never reset when alliance is still up and your party full wipes
