Cannot loggin with error 1016

Character name: Smal Pudin

Steps:
1. Loggin and informations of character show ???
2. Show players in queue but then error 1016
3. World transfer turns out crash of game

Login screen shows ???s for this character only (other characters can login fine). Attempting to Retrieve Character Data or login with this character results in a 1016 error code "Could not obtain world data." I treid to connect support centre and they send me the link from this forum.
