[Suggestion] Why not let all enabled hats for Viera let the ears be visible

I'm very happy to be able to wear hats but upon browsing some of the hats I was disappointed that not all the hats allow for ears to be visible. From what I can tell they just let the ears clip through the hat, which is fine, excellent in fact, especially with the included option to hide the ears. What I don't understand is why not let all hats enabled to be wearable this way allow for ears to be visible by choice, I can understand not enabling all the hats for what ever reason but not allowing the option to show the ears doesn't make any sense to me.
