Game Crash on Closing Tutorial Window when Opened from Duty List

Steps:
1. Click on the icon in the duty list to display the tutorial window. In my case, it's the Escort tutorial during the MSQ quest "Targeted Tragedy".
2. When the window opens, if the "Close" button is immediately selectable, the crash will not occur. If the "Close" button is greyed out, the crash will occur. Note: in the no-crash state, clicking the icon in the duty list will close the window properly. In the about-to-crash state, clicking the icon does nothing. So, to intentionally trigger the crash, you can keep clicking on the icon repeatedly until nothing happens. However, it shouldn't take too many times to get it; I've had it happen first try.
3. Click the arrow to advance to the final page of the tutorial, at which point the "Close" button becomes selectable.
4. Click "Close".
5. Crash.
