New prizes for Khloe's Silver Certificates...but there are none?

This is what it says in the patch notes. Then when I click "Show only recently added items" it says there are no items to display.

So something is clearly wrong. Either they exist and that toggle isn't displaying them like it should or from what I can tell nothing seems new. Or they don't exist and the patch notes are wrong.

What am I missing?
