Quantum Question (Item level, or aetherpool)

Mr Ozma responded to my tweet saying he couldn't answer on twitter/x, but to make a post and he'd make sure the team responds to it(so cool of him for this ^^). But is Quantum going to be item level based, or aetherpool based? and what is the requirement going to be.

Personally I'm hoping for 760 item level, but I'm assuming 690, but all my friends seem dead set on it being aetherpool because its "depe dungeon related"

Thank you though, this is a cool update to the deep dungeon system.

I feel like it would be pretty bad to make it aetherpool based for a few reason:
- u might want to get grips to buy weapons
- deep dungeons operate on some non standard stats that would feel weird to raiders - stuff like 2.40s base gcd, 0% direct hit, 5% crit chance

So unless they do a big oopsie, it should be item level based
