Where are all the outrage when they made the Lord of Doma a Samurai?

The outrage over the new dungeon gear is getting to a ridiculous level. While we are at it, should petition Square Enix to remove Shaaloani and everything related to it? Or better, please remove everything Azim Steppe related for the fact it draws aesthetic references from the genocidal Mongolian Empire 700 years ago offend some people.

I mean the outrage about the new sets is just simply saying dumb, seeing how there’s nothing „conquistadory” about them.

The only one somewhat historical looking is the one which looks like a French musketeer from Three musketeers, so nothing to do with conquistadors (it’s not even the same century lol). The rest of the sets are just completely fantastical. So entire outrage is completely over nothing and I wouldn’t be suprised if it was started by a troll.

There's the problem.

I mean, there has been plenty of criticism ever since the release of Stormblood for how it handled Doma's writing in regards to how it used Japanese historical connotations. I get that you're trying to strawman this, but that criticism is in fact real and happening just as much as any other topics being discussed today.

Some people complain just for the sake of complaining, it gets tiring so I ignore them and wait until the new content/glams come out and I judge them for myself.
