We are currently experiencing technical difficulties where character images are not being displayed properly on Lodestone, Online Store, Mog Station, Final Fantasy XIV Companion, and Final Fantasy XIV Forums.

This issue is being investigated, but if your character image isn't being displayed properly, it might be resolved by changing your gear with the relevant character and logging out. We kindly ask that you try changing your gear and logging out if this issue occurs.

During the time listed below, there was an issue where character images were not displaying properly on the Lodestone, Online Store, Mog Station, FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion, and FINAL FANTASY XIV forums.

The issue has been resolved. If an incorrect image was loaded during the affected time period, please change your gear with the relevant character and then log out to resolve the issue. The character image will be updated shortly after logging out.
