Friendlist Personal Notes

I've been wanting this QOL feature for a while, and recently resparked the interest to suggest as I met up with a friend only to realize their recent ingame character's name is completely different to the one I've originally known him for.

like a little sticky note by their name we can pop up or hover over, typing custom min word count. Would help identify where you've met them during years of game play (either in dungeon, pf or ingame rp events)

Not everyone wants to join linkshells, so possibly friends list categories to organize as well
