Dawntrail not working

I have been trying scense the day dawntrail came out to get it to work I have purchased it on both ps5 and windows normally I just install it and it works this time nothing no content at all the game has been updated to the newest version it even says dawntrail on the icon but when I sign in it loads to endwalker no error code or anything I have contacted support they just told me to go to the game master the game master then said to go to support then they said to come here I have tried every possible thing I could think of and im starting to get very angry with it I was trying to see if anybody else was having this problem and what they did to fix it

Having a quick peak at your lodestone, it looks like you have only just finished the EW 6.0 MSQ, judging by your gear. You still have all the patch quests leading up to DT to go before you can start the story there.

As for the main menu splash screen, I believe they added a setting that showed you the splash screen for the expansion your furthest character has gotten. Since you haven't gone through the rest of the EW story, it will still show the EW screen.

The main menu was changed to reflect MSQ progress by default, so if you progress MSQ it will show Dawntrail when you load in.

If MSQ does not progress beyond patch 6.55, the answer is almost certainly that you did not check your email for the code and enter it into the mogstation.
