So I thought I'd like to get my relic weapon (maybe big mistake)... don't mind a bit of a grind. HOWEVER, while I've done literally HUNDREDS of fates in Yak Tel, I just can not get that 3rd demiatma. I am rank 4 with everything needed for that long ago completed. The other zones I got my 3 after rank 3, half way to rank 4.
This is infuriating as hell. I bloody well should not have to put up with this. Hell I remember a decade ago when I was maining WoW, the same issue with random drops kept always coming up and Blizzard put in some code to prevent this kind of crap from going on. No longer did you have to do the same shit over, and over, and over again.
Will SE deal with this? Hell no... hell it's looking more and more like the game is only aimed at the savage raid folks... hell the folks I know who got their relic were the ones that spent the first 48-64 hours of the Crescent opening... continuously.
I'm ready to just give up and find something else to play, something that doesn't feel as totally frustrating... do I have to do an hour a day of Yak Tel FATEs for the next month? Maybe this is one part of the reason it seems so many are quitting the game.

You can also try to get it in OC maybe faster. What is the reason you haven't tried it yet?

Do consider the Atma step is a one-and-done, meaning, after you complete it, you will have the step done for 10, 15 or even 20 relics that you do.
Some folks have chimed in that a good way to fix the atma rates would be to make them guaranteed but increase significantly the ammount required
Since its 5% drop rate for Fates outside of CE's, and you need 3 of each that would be roughly 60 of each atma if you wanted to keep it proportional to the drop rate, or 15 of each inside Occult crescent
