Housing Demolition on EU STILL paused. It's been 8 months.

Posting this because I think SE has forgotten about us. PLEASE re-enable it. I've been bidding on the few houses that go up since then and always got unlucky.

I think they should pause it permanently and not just for EU, but for all regions.

It seems those people are just doing what Yoshi P told them to do, so I'm not sure why they should be punished for it.

45 days is way too short. People who quit the game should no longer tie up resources but 90 to 180 days should be the case.

Just allow instanced housing. Problem solved.

Just let us have instanced houses (especially for FCs) and be done with it
If people want the "prestige" of a non-instanced house, they can go fight for it
Me, I just want a small pocket dimension to decorate and share with my FC

90 days would be perfect, but we know they wont. Cause their submoney would crash out

Im really annoyed by it but probably because of a completly different reason
i got a M House in Shirogane which i dont wanna have, but demolish on my own would prevent the money i get back, so i wait and wait and hope they activate the timer again, so that i can get rid of the house and get my money back

The way housing is, this is a bad take. As much as people who quit want to retain their houses, current who will actually use it who don't have a house rely on auto-demolition to be able to get houses. I STILL think that thats an issue, but until we have unlimited or greatly expanded housing districts, auto-demolition is a must.
