DRK PvP status effect "Sole Survivor" healing not counted in scoreboard

In PvP modes, the Dark Knight ability Plunge applies the status effect Sole Survivor, which has the following effect, transcribed from the Plunge tooltip: "If that target should be KO'ed in battle before Sole Survivor expires, your HP and MP will be restored by 20%, and the recast time of Plunge will be reset."

This healing is not reflected on the Crystalline Conflict post-match scoreboard. Other status effect-linked heals such as Macrocosmos are correctly enumerated on the scoreboard, so it does not make sense for this status to be excluded.

Steps:
1. Create a custom Crystalline Conflict match with a DRK on one team.
2. Cast Plunge on a target.
3. Have the player knocked out with Sole Survivor still applied, confirming by animation/battle log/fly text that the HP/MP effect has occurred.
4. Let the match end naturally with the DRK taking no other healing actions. NOTE: this includes Souleater, Impalement, Salted Earth and Eventide, so avoid using those abilities.
5. Observe that there is no HP Restored recorded for the DRK in the post-match scoreboard.
