Long time no seen... :D
My issue today: I just got Ruin II upgraded to Ruin III. I would like to keep both actions on my hotbar, because Ruin II works while moving.
My question: How can I have both Ruin II and Ruin III on my hotbar?
For now, I can't somehow. When I drag Ruin II from actions onto my hotbar, the icon automatically changes to Ruin III and I have the skill twice on same hotbar! :confused:

On Scholar, Ruin II is for movement and never upgrades, because it's separate to Ruin/Broil.
Summoner is different since a lot of its attacks allow movement already. All of its Ruins have a cast time except Ruin IV (4th ruin) which appears after using Energy Drain.
SMN Ruin II does not work while moving; it has a 1.5s cast time.
SCH Ruin II does work while moving; it is an instant cast.
Maybe you're getting the two confused?
