Gap in world geometry found in South Horn

Hello, I found a mismatched seam in the ground's geometry.

Frequency: Always visible to others in instance
World name: Occurred on Siren
Character name: Amigurumi Cat
In-game time: Most visible during the Auroral Mirages (for tower) weather. The sky should be bright in contrast with the ground. I believe I took the picture above at 6am eorzean time.
Area and coordinates: The Occult Crescent: South Horn ( 16.7 , 37.2 )

Steps:
1. go into south horn instance
2. go to x, y coordinates listed above
3. Your back should be to the coliseum, look northward, towards the woods.


I've excluded personal specs because this glitch was visible to other random people in the same instance as me.
