PLD PvP status effect "Sacred Claim" healing attributed to wrong player on scoreboard

In PvP modes, the Paladin ability Imperator has an Additional Effect: Afflicts Target with Sacred Claim. Sacred Claim Effect: Restores HP when successfully landing an attack on targets under this effect. Cure Potency: 3,000.

This healing is not reflected on the Crystalline Conflict post-match scoreboard for either the paladin that uses this ability or their teammates that strike the target. Instead it is counted among the HP restored by the character afflicted with Sacred Claim. This seems like a mistake: other abilities like Chaotic Spring that restore HP on attack are correctly attributed to the attacker.

1. Create a custom Crystalline Conflict match with a PLD on one team.
2. Cast "Imperator" once on one target.
3. Have the PLD's allies hit the target with a few damaging actions only.
4. Let the match end naturally with no other actions taking place.
5. Observe that only the character struck by Imperator with Sacred Claim has any HP restored recorded on the scoreboard.
