Congested Server Request

Over the years, I have made characters on random servers to play with friends. Many of those friends have moved on and left XIV, leaving my alts alone on their home servers. My main character is on Faerie, Aether — which has been classified as congested for what feels like an eternity. I would love to transfer these alts to Faerie, add them to my FC, and actually play them again.

I would like to suggest that if you already have a character on a congested world, that you can bypass the no transfer / no new character creation restrictions that go along with a server’s congested status.

I can only log in on one character at a time, so what is the harm in someone who already has a character on a congested world playing a different character on that world?
