Ability to change thumb stick sensitivity with a macro command

Title says it all, a macro command to be able to change the sensitivity of a controllers camera look thumbsticks during battle.

Allowing for easier minor camera adjustments for certain mechanics. This would mean you can have max speed on thumbstick camera view so that "looking around" during savage fights for example, stays high speed. Then you can use a macro to switch to a lower speed for certain mechanics or movement adjustments.
