Mount tilt toggles don't do anything

Asked to repost from Tech support:
When 7.0 came out we got the cool little mount tilt for flying on mounts. Then some people said it made them motion sick so a toggle was added in I think 7.1. Ever since then I've not seen the mounts tilt at all. I've seen other people say the same on reddit but I can't seem to find a post for it here. I have tried multiple mounts turning on and off all the mount tilt toggles and there is absolutely no difference. It's not just less tilt, there is Zero tilt.

Please look into this as I really think this is broken and people are thinking maybe it's a lot less tilt when really mounts no longer tilt at all. I really liked the mount tilt on my bird mounts, it felt much more natural for their movement, and it's sad that a cool little update was taken away shortly after we got it.

Steps:
1. Get on mount and fly
2. See no tilt when turning
3. Turn off mount tilt options in menu and apply
4. Try flying around and see no tilt
5. Turn on mount tilt and apply
6. Try flying again and still no tilt
7. Repeat above with other mounts and still see no tilt no matter what mount you use.
