Jeuno raid queue times abnormally long.

Yesterday and today the Jeuno raid queue time has been over an hour for the Crystal data center, which is really unusual. An entire hour can go by and less than a half dozen potential party members will be shown in the queue.

Is there a technical issue I'm unaware of, or is everyone just focusing on the new content from this patch, or is it something else?

New content. Most people are doing the new exploration content so your pool is smaller since you are probaby depending on bodies from Alliance raid roulette which still will prioritize new players who need crystal tower raids.
