Ping time to the US Datacenters are exceeding 100ms from many locations and the newer content is so fast a lot of people don't play FFXIV because of that. A lot of players in Wow I talk to had the same issue which is why this game is losing market share to AWS hosted games that are more spread out.
Really need a DC closer than Canada.
Tested in all ISPs in the area with similar results (in my area COX and FIOS).
Replaced routers, gaming devices, etc, same results.
