Moar merchandise!

As a collector of all things in collectible game swag, I have to say i'm shocked and appalled at the lack of merchandising for FFXIV. Sure, it's mostly justified at the fact that making physical shinies for final fantasy fans to spend their money on is the least of SE's worries right now, but it definitely wouldn't hurt, at least I don't think it would. Seriously though, collectible guildleves being the only thing in the shop that has to do with XIV? For shame! How about including that, you also have rings (remember the city rings you could get from the store that were replicas from the ones you got depending on what city you joined in XI? How about something like those but grand company rings and the more recent guardian deity rings instead?), character figurines (Who wouldn't want a figurine of Gaius Van Baelsar and/or Nael Van Darnus to rule over their desktop?) T shirts, Lanyards, you name it!

What do you guys think? I for one would be more than happy to shell out some of my money for a Van Baelsar figurine and a Maelstrom GC ring myself. :D

It's a great idea, and something that sounds awesome. I'd love the two vans somewhere close to my computer. The only reason why not as of yet I can imagine is not a lot of the FF fandom playing this game currently. It'd suck from a business perspective to put money into having things designed and made, and have them not sell simply because most of their market don't play.

They haven't produced merchandise yet because they have bigger fish to fry.

I want to be able to buy a 1/7 or 1/8 resin model of my character please and thank you.
