FF14 in game resolution bug when using windows scaling on a different value than 100%

This issue is similar to the launcher issue that's already been posted about here

Testing parameters

• Using Windows -> Settings -> display -> scale and layout -> a different value than 100%

• Launching FF14 in windowed mode

Prior to patch 7.21 - This would scale my game window down to 2752x1089

Temporary Fix:
I did the same temporary fix that SE recommended to fix the launcher but on the game's ffxiv_dx11.exe

1. Shift Right-click ffxiv_dx11.exe and select properties.
2. Open the setting screen from "Compatibility tab" → "Change high DPI settings "
3. Tick the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" on "High DPI scaling override", and change "Scaling performed by:" to "System (Enhanced)".

-Platform: (Standalone Windows or Steam?)
- What scale percentage have you changed on Windows?
- Which settings have you changed in-game?

Standalone windows
My Windows is scaled to 125%.
I started to adjust my UI in game to adjust for this bug but it was a lot to try and modify. Once I learned that the launcher was having scaling issues, I reverted back to my UI setting prior to patch 7.21 and applied the temporary fix I have listed above.
