M5 is painful to look at, can they fix the visuals there too?
Alright. So SE fixed the contrast issues in Recollection, however there's two fights I find much, MUCH, worse to look at:- Light heavyweight Match 4 - Wicked Thunder (M4)
- Cruiserweight Match 1 - Dancing Green (M5)
Presently as of typing this, I'm at enrage of M5S, and having progged this AND cleared last raid tier, these two fights are absolutely ABYSMAL to look at as someone who has photosensitivity issues on top of chronic severe migraines. I am desperately begging SE to tone down the flashbangs of these two fights. Blinding your playerbase for "difficulty" ain't it, fights can still be hard without blinding us!
M4S made me, and I'm not even exaggerating, LITERALLY nauseous and had I not relied entirely on callouts for the fight sans Ion Cannon & Intermission, I would have been throwing up onto my keyboard. M5S isn't quite as egregious, however I do find myself getting headaches after progging and thus have to limit how frequently I'm in the fight otherwise I find myself feeling quite ill.
The flashbangs in the raidwides from Dancing Green even in normal mode are horrible, and if they were toned down just a bit, I feel like it would be so much better and easier to look at without getting headaches. I love raiding, but the headaches caused from these fights are making me rethink my savage raiding career.... And it disappoints me to even consider it. Square you really gotta fix your accessibility settings, hire photosensitive folks on your design team, or just not make things so drastically bright and dark in rapid succession!
