[Crystal] Data Center Emergency Maintenance (Apr. 8, 9)

Technical difficulties are causing players on Crystal data center Worlds to experience the issues listed below.

・Unable to log in.
・Unable to change areas.
・Unable to enter instanced content.
・Unable to travel to affected Worlds via World Visit System.

In order to address these issue, we will be performing emergency maintenance on all Crystal data center Worlds at the time below, during which players will be unable to access those Worlds.

The completion time is currently unknown. More information will be provided as the situation develops.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

* The Home World Transfer Service and the Data Center Travel will be suspended 30 minutes before emergency maintenance begins, and will be unavailable until emergency maintenance has ended.

* During the emergency maintenance, users will be unable to use some features on the FINAL FANTASY XIV COMPANION app if the affected World is the user's Home World. In addition, if the character is visiting or data center traveling to Worlds in the affected Data Center, the user will not be able to purchase from the markets using FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app.
