How can I Get This?
https://i.ibb.co/mrqrkgzZ/FFXIV-graphics-settings.png
While this kinda looks like my settings at one point, I'm not totally sure I got such an image or if I found it somewhere. I am looking to be able to do what this image shows, can anyone help with how to get it done?

Just posting here so I can find this again because now I am also curious.

Replying to clarify, this looks like the PC menu of the settings. It won't be there if you're on the Playstation. Not sure for Xbox.

Settings Menu (press Esc or click on icon on menu hotbar) > System Configuration (as Nightcap noted it's the PC settings menu)

Are you saying this is exclusive to windows? Looked again, the shot I put above I'm pretty sure is from my current install (my win10 machine has a nVidia GPU), and it ain't windows. I have no clue what you are talking about a "PC Settings Menu." Yeah, I open System Configuration but there no such thing in there. Please explain.

It's the menu lay out if you're using a version of the game on the computer. There could be a possibility that from win10 to win11, the window graphics setting is absent in previous versions. The image posted above is rather long as I have to scroll to view all the graphical options. Can you post what you are viewing?

The screenshot posted is from a Windows (PC) version of the game (whether it's retail or Steam, same menu).
As noted it's System Menu > System Configuration> Graphics Settings. Just checked it on my Windows 11 machine (also with Nvidia GPU) and it has the exact same settings as shown in the original screenshot provided.
What are you specifically trying to do as there's a lot of settings there (is there a particular one you're having trouble with)? Could you post a screenshot of what you're seeing if it's not matching the screenshot you linked?

Ah, I used to run the game on a win10 install, but have moved over to a Mac. The odd thing to me was look at the graphics upscaling, it doesn't show my GTX 980 card like another ss posted in another thread. Thus I thought it was taken from my Mac install. I really like that view because I can see everything in one look, AND having just switched to a 1440 display, I may want to revisit the graphics settings. Guess I might access my win10 version...
