Folks from Zalera: Do you know "Clare Ravn"?

Greetings, folks from Zalera! Do you know "Clare Ravn"? If so (and you have a moment to pass along a message for me) I would appreciate it if you could let her know the following:

Tell her I'm sorry we only got second place in today's Frontline match, and that I couldn't single-handedly take the team to victory (or whatever it was she was expecting). I think she got upset when I had to pull back from the fighting to run my character around in circles for the last two minutes of the match because I had to take a phone call from a family member who is currently in the hospital and had most of my concentration on that conversation.

Also, please tell her it's only a game. Life happens.
