Hey so, assuming that Hunter's Ring is not a hologram made with Electrope like the Jeuno and Final Fantasy XI areas, we see that, in low Hydaelyn orbit, Alexandria now has full on satellites and flying habitats and viewing platforms.
That's.... sort of an escalation for a nation that until now kept itself completely within its dome and only recently started having people taking excursions to neighbouring settlements through the one traversal point of Vanguard. If they have satellites, that means their communicators probably have longer range than Garlean non-aetheric radios, for example. If they can send things into low Hydaelyn orbit as seen, can they now freely exit the dome vertically and not through Vanguard?
Do we have any indication if this location is "real"? Most other rings during AAC matches are customised for the title holders using holograms and signs, barring those that don't take place within the actual Arcadion tower like the Brute Abominator's fight taking place on level 8 of the Everkeep, but this place seems to floating cameras flying around it, implying that it actually might be up there?

Yeah, the only fight that isn't set in some kind of electrope holodeck is M7, which is set in, for want of a better term, Solution Eight. (I was right, it really isn't as good!) M8 wouldn't even be physically possible for Alexandria; there's a top to that dome, after all.
What I would suggest, though, is that it's unlikely that Howling Blade came up with that entirely himself. The literal text of this tier is that Howling Blade is not a creative man, and has very little world experience outside of combat. This is an image concocted by someone else; maybe based in reality, maybe someone else's sci-fi fiction. -

Solution nine has already scratched this idea, but I tried to ignore it. That is, until M7 and 7.2 dungeon digged even deeper to the point where I cannot ignore asking the question anymore.
Just how big Everkeep actually is? Not only does it contain one big city where an entire kingdom population lives in, but it also includes the infrastructure, the old castle (Possibly the old town surrounding it), it includes what could be Solution eight which is under construction, and then the Arcadion arena. While I suspect the arena uses hologram to disguise the sky and make you feel like in an open area. The notion of Solution nine as a city really makes me question just how big it is. -

Gotta be huge, the question is, if they use magic to make the inside bigger... its seems way too big, just from looking up and down at S9. And consider, while its not here, theres the whole final zone on top as well.
For the castle being inside it... well the foundation is huge, but its not the whole city, we can see the other ruins on the outside, so going by the dungeon we get an good guess... -

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration states that thunderclouds typically have a base around 6,500 feet in North America, but have a maximum height of 60,000 feet in tropical regions. Given that Shaaloani and Yyasulani are in an area roughly analogous to Texas, which is one of the closest states to the equator, this puts Everkeep well over 10,000 feet at the minimum and likely well in excess of that.Quote:

A single floor of Everkeep dwarfs every other city in the setting by a large margin save for Amaurot, which was populated by literal giants. And Solution Nine is big enough that flying motorcycles and cars are a regular sight to get around quickly. Not to mention that the elevator ride to get into the middle level of Origenics is long enough for a boss fight.
