Steps:
1. I started the fate (Full Petal Alchemist: Perilous Pickings), don't know if the ground items spawned.
2. Went and did another fate that was on a shorter timer.
3. Came back and did this fate and noticed none of the usual ground items had spawned
*Add more steps if necessary. Killed the mobs instead and completed the fate otherwise okay.
