Odd looking blocky holes and edges in Hrothgal armpits

I couldn't quite pin it down for a long while what was bothering me about my Hrothgal when looking at her standing around, even without the oversized unproportional torso gear but I finally managed to see it:

If she holds her hands in the hips or does an emote where her upper arms are in a similar position she has very blocky gaps and sharp corners in her armpits. It's barely noticeable in the regular standing pose and some other idle poses, nor in many animations, but in a few specific positions it looks like her arms aren't fully attached to the body. Please close these gaps or smooth them in whatever way, so it looks like a regular armpit and not like someone cut a triangle out of it with a sharp knife. ;)

I love these idle poses, it pains me not being able to use them because of this.

2. Choose Idle Pose 2, 5, 6 or 7 ("1" being the standard idle pose) and look at her armpits
3. Have her make the /hug gesture and look at her armpits
