Can't confirm queues during cutscenes anymore?
As someone with ADHD, I'm a chronic multitasker. Naturally, that meant when patch came back up this morning, I went to unlock the raid so that I could queue for the fights between doing MSQ. I had JUST gotten into my first voiced cutscene of MSQ when my queue popped. "Oh well, it's fine, I'll just restart the cutscene when I get out of the duty," I think to myself, but when I tried to confirm my participation in the fight, I was greeted with this:

Since when can we not confirm queue pops while in a cutscene? Being able to do something else while waiting for your queue to pop is kind of hard to do if the other thing you're doing may potentially lock you out of confirming your participation and ultimately punish you for it.
My option was to either voluntarily skip the cutscene or take the penalty. Yeah, I could just go back and watch the cutscene later in an inn, but that requires progressing the quest enough to turn it in so that the cutscene is even accessible in the inn in the first place. Doing if that way means potentially missing key information from the skipped cutscene that pertains to the rest of the quest, which can lead to confusion and ultimately negatively impact the overall story experience.
Previously, if your queue popped while in a cutscene, you could confirm your participation and then, when the duty ended, interact with the NPC to restart the cutscene. This change feels not only unnecessary, but also actively discouraging for someone like me who struggles with focus and attention. I genuinely cannot sit here doing nothing while waiting for my queue to pop, but my ADHD also won't let me do something else in the meantime if it means I might miss it or be locked out of it for some reason.
