"I make this look good" GC achievement not working?

I am having trouble with this Grand Company achievement.

" Obtain a complete set of Grand Company soldiers armour, consisting of, a soldiers cap, a soldiers overcoat, a pair of soldiers gloves, and a pair of soldiers boots."

I am standing here wearing all of these items and nothing, what am I missing? Does it mean the higher level items, though they have different names?

I never tried the achievement myself but try /display head on if you have it off.

IIRC, you have to talk to one of the NPCs in the corner of your Grand Company HQ while wearing everything.

I figured it out I had to talk to an NPC wearing the gear. The achievement did not mention this so it is a little confusing.
