Parsing the Lodeston with PHP and Curl

Hi,

I had an idea for creating a quest finder for lonely players in Ragnarok and so I downloaded an API with a rather nice parsing engine for the lodestone and tried to use it to parse the lodestone to find players who need to finish the same grand company quests as me. I am getting the following error though when curl attempts to get a user's profile from the lodestone:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /rc/character/status on this server.

Can you let me know if the lodestone allows third party sites to parse user profiles and there for figure out what quests they can do? For example: if they have access to Darkhold the dungeon from into the dark? By what means I could do this that would be as easy on the lodestone and my own server as possible. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
