Steps:
1. Complete the solo duty of the Black Mage level 70 quest: "One Golem to Rule Them All"
2. During the cutscene, when the comet flies by for the first time, there's a flat colored block or object blocking the lower half of the screen, which wasn't visible before the 7.0 graphical update.
3. The object is also visible when viewing the cutscene on The Unending Journey in any innroom.
