[PvP] Nebula/Chiten/Wreath of Ice causes Sacred Claim to not register any healing

Party or solo: Both
Area and coordinates: Any PvP zone

Steps:
1. Use PLD's Imperator on a GNB with Nebula, or a SAM with Chiten, or a BLM with Wreath of Ice to inflict Sacred Claim
2. Begin hitting target to trigger healing effect
3. Notice that the reflect damage takes place, but no healing is registered as the game has determined that sacred claim no longer exists

The reflect damage is typically 4,000 with Sacred Claim claiming to heal 3,000. The effects SHOULD work to cancel each other out partially, but instead the game decides to inflict full damage with no healing to help counter it.

How it SHOULD look:
4000 damage - 3000 healing = 1000 effective damage

How it fails to function:
4000 - 0 healing = you eat the full 4000 damage

If this truly is not a bug, then it is a gigantic oversight and should be routed to whoever collects feedback for correction.

**This was the same case in Endwalker when using Confiteor on Nebula or Chiten to heal using the Sacred Claim effect. Now in Dawntrail, Wreath of Ice has the same issue.
