What key to i need to bind so i can cycle through party members?

Hi!
I was wondering if there was a keybind option to cycle though party members like there is to cycle through closest enemies. I was trying to find something last night before the servers went down for maintenance but I couldn't get anything to work. I am aware of the scroll wheel trick but I won't be able to zoom in or zoom out (unless there was a work around i was missing). I would like to bind ` to the cycle and shift+` to cycle backwards.

The settings are at: System menu > Keybind > System tab/section > "Cycle through party list" (or something like that).

The keybinds for cycling through the party list are in the System tab because they are the keybinds for Move Cursor Up and Move Cursor Down. Going up and down in a menu when there's no menu focused goes through the party.
