Does Shadow Walker remove Combat?

Hi all, The Ninjutsu Suiton grants Shadow Walker which allows Ninjas to use actions like they are hidden. But does Shadow Walker take the Ninja out of combat?

It does not. It's designed specifically so you can use Trick Attack in combat (and later Meisui, though that one's meant to be used from the Suiton used through Ten Chi Jin)
