Criterion Item Level Sync (665)

1.) Woulud an item level 665 that is level 90 be synced down and would the melds work?

2.) How ab an item level 663 that is level 94 be synced down and would the melds work?

Materia is always disabled when you are synched down.
Materia will work if the gear you wear is the appropiate level for the dungeon/raid, thats why some people farm BiS gear for Ultimates.

If the duty max item level is 665 then:

1) will not be synced as it doesn't exceed the cap
2) will be synced even though item level doesn't exceed the cap, because the general level does, and as such, when brought back to lvl90 will see its stats go down accordingly. This item being already worse than the first one by being lower item level, will also suffer from seeing all its melds disabled on top of it, with very little substat compensation due to the very short ilvl gap for the sync.
