Sage class wont unlock

I have all the DLC, I have a lvl 90 White Mage & a lvl 70 Ninja.

The Sharlean whatever person still has the red icon.

I can't unlock the one class I came back to this game for......

Without any more information I wonder if it's something funny like you have already unlocked sage and need to equip your job stone to continue.

What does the game say when you try to interact with the npc?

Have you started any of the Sage quests already?

And what happens when you /itemsearch for the job stone (Soul of the Sage)?

Oh, looks like OP accidentally posted two threads and it was resolved in the other one. EW wasn’t registered to the account after buying.

I noticed that afterwards. Tbh because they have a class at 90 I had assumed they completed EW already :D
