And if you die you lose your sanction and to get back you need to go get it in company for 300 seals (i wonder if black market sells that for gil)

actually Sanction itself is free from an NPC in the GC headquarters(you can use any of the GC headquarters even if it's not yours) or you can buy a sanction scroll for 300GC seals (only from the GC that accepts your seals) and Second Lieutenant, which you can use for an instant resanction after death :3
