New Player .. So much Questions!

I have started playing this game seriously for about a week already and I am enjoying myself quite a bit. I just have a few questions right now && maybe I can earn some friends on my server if anyone on the Forums is from there! :o

Question 1 - I am level 26 now and I am able to buy my Chocobo mount but I am going to be about 50 Flame Seals short ... (I dont know why) is there any way I can get the Flame Seals I need at the level I am at .. the closes thing to me to get the rest of the seals is a level 30 dungeon or to do Thousand Maws ... all I have is my friends and family on my LS but I dont mind making some friends from the Forums to run stuff with! So back to question! How can I get my Chocobo Quickly ?! *Tear Tear*

Question 2! - So I am leveling an Archer because I want to be an Awesome Bard! At what point should I worry about crafting professions and Gathering Professions ?!

Question 3! - Will Anyone Be My Friend ? :rolleyes:

That said, there are a few ways to get seals. There is Caravan Defense, the most popular method, get a few friends and go to the low-level caravan camp, it should give about 300~ I think.
There are Company Leves, I think you're all of one level too short for the low-level ones as they are level 30 and believe me, archer trying to take on a leve four levels above is pretty painful. That said, company leves should be giving like 40~50 base, with more per difficulty level. As high as 240 at the L40 camp at max difficulty.

When to worry about DoH and DoL? Whenever you wish, really! That said, it might be useful to level your carpenter simply to make arrows for yourself but not at all 100% required, i'd say after you're done levelling your fighting class is a good time! It's what I did to mine.

You can get extra company seals by doing Company Levs which are available from Company NPC's at what I call the mini-xtals ( Aetherial Gates). Not all Aetherial Gates have them. The ones I've done are at Treespeak and Mun-Tay Cellar (for Adder). You can earn 40-50 or more at a time I believe. I'm not sure what gates have them for Flame.

I know there are other ways to earn seals but this is a way to get a quick 50 for your Chocobo. :)

For flames, actually, he'd want the Nanawa Mines, it's where the L30 Company Leves are

It might be tough, but you could do a level 30 Grand Company leve at either Mun-Tuy Cellars, Nanawa Mines, or Cassiopeia Hollow, depending on your GC. If you can't solo it, a friend may be able to cure you to keep you alive while you run it. That should give 50 seals at least.
