Make Chocobo Boots from ARR Available To Players Finally

These clawed boots go with the Chocobo Suit from the Bosom Buddies III achievement (level up your companion chocobo to level 10), but for some reason are not available to players. They are only visible on the Chocobokeep at the Gold Saucer Chocobo Racing counter (+ maybe other NPCs, I haven't made an exhaustive search), and are clearly matched to be worn with the Chocobo Suit.


Datamining reveals that these boots are already fitted to hyur, lala, and male roe-based models, as well as already supports two dye channels, so there is no additional work to be done related to preparing them for player use, they just have to be made into a player-available item.


This is honestly a strange omission since ARR or earlier, as the Chocobo Suit was added as an achievement reward in Patch 2.1 and the Racing Chocobo Mask as an achievement reward in Patch 2.51, with this foot gear item of the same equipment index left out for over 11 years. There was a long-running thread making this request in the General forum since 2017, and perhaps it not being in the "Item" forum led to it being overlooked?


Anyway, I feel like this could be an easy win as an achievement token reward like the fat chocobo head, or as a Bosom Buddies IV (Level 20?) achievement reward, or buyable with MGP, etc.

It does seem like an odd omission.
