No starting hour for Gear Design Contest's Entry Period

On "Announcing the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Gear Design Contest! (08/10/2012)" Topic you can read the following:

Entry Period
Friday, August 10, 2012 (GMT) to Monday, September 3, 2012 7:00am (GMT)

As you can see there's no starting hour for the Entry Period, but there's a lonely "(GMT)". The date (Friday, August 10, 2012) has already passed by, though...
I guess it doesn't matter, but... Well, you know... Ahem! Maybe I'm just nitpicking and I deserve a whipping :(
