Players cannot log in to Seraph and cannot world travel to Seraph.

Players cannot log in to Seraph and cannot world travel to Seraph.
It seems like players can log in to Seraph as of 2:55 PM EST. Still cannot world travel to Seraph.
Can confirm. My friend and I both got booted just after finishing a dungeon.
