Suggestion: Changing housing ownership type

Dear FFXIV Development Team,

I am writing with the suggestion of being able to turn an inactive free company house into a private house.

This came up as an idea due to me being left as the sole player/leader in an inactive free company for the past two years. I would consider joining other free companies to do social activities or raids, however I also wish to keep the house as I have been taking care of for it the past years.
Due to this situation I feel locked to the current inactive free company because of the possible loss of the time spent on design as well as the gil investments that were sunken into housing/furnishings.
